 We’re Gesler and Chloe Joya, the husband-and-wife team behind Casero. This food truck is more than just a kitchen on wheels—it’s the dream we’ve been building together for years with friends who believed in us. Inspired by our Salvadoran roots and our abuelita’s homemade recipes, every dish we serve is made with real, wholesome ingredients—nothing we wouldn’t use in our own kitchen.
